Yes, absolutely. Once installation is complete, we’ll walk through the finished space with you to ensure every detail meets your expectations. This is your chance to check that everything aligns with your plans and selections. We’ll address any questions you may have, go over the functionality of fixtures and fittings, and make sure you’re 100% happy.
We’ll also provide you with care instructions and relevant warranty documentation. We want you to feel confident before we sign off the job.
We aim to complete every project within the agreed timeline, but some factors like
supplier delays, material shortages, or access issues can cause small disruptions.
Generally, most kitchen or bathroom remodels take between 4 to 8 weeks from final design approval to completion. Custom items, stonework, or appliance delays may extend this slightly. We’ll always keep you informed, and your project manager will provide regular updates so you know exactly where things are at.
Once work begins, changes can be difficult to accommodate as materials are ordered and construction is underway. If you do need to make a change, let us know as soon as possible — we’ll always do our best to help, but additional costs and delays may apply. We encourage you to finalise all selections and double-check plans before sign-off to avoid any disruptions.
Yes, all of our remodeling work is covered under warranty. We provide a 5-year structural warranty and a 2-year warranty on workmanship and installation, in line with consumer laws. If any issues arise due to materials or work quality, we’ll assess and resolve them promptly. We also use reputable suppliers for fittings and fixtures — many of which come with their own manufacturer warranties. Our team is always here if you need support after the project is complete.
